About Us

Mission Statement: Ashton's Little Blessings Day Care's goals are to provide a learning environment for all children, to teach little ones about God's love for them, and to provide a safe and secure environment.
 

Hello, my name is Ashton and I am the Provider at Ashton's Little Blessings Day Care. This Day Care is providing family day care for ages 2-8. There are limited positions within Ashton's Little Blessings Day Care, which provides your child with a safer and more secure environment then larger day cares can provide.

I run this day care through my home at 8660 W. Fircrest Dr. Boise Idaho 83704. I have two children of my own. My youngest is currently three-years-old and my oldest is five-years-old. Before starting my own day care, I was a Teacher's Assistant and a Safe Visit Specialist at Building Healthy Families in Enterprise, Oregon. This program focused on ages 16 months - five years of age. Their focus, as well as mine, is to encourage your child to grow in all aspects of life and to help prepare them for kindergarten. For each child I promote growth in all areas such as social emotional, cognitive, physical, and language. A child development tool that I use for observation and planning/goals is the Portage Guide. 

For our own two children learning about God's love for them is very important. Our family's religion is Christian and my husband is currently attending Boise Bible College to become a minister himself. Please fill free to ask more details on our religious views.

I am an educated day care provider and I am licensed by the city of Boise, Idaho. I am also enrolled in Idaho STARTS Professional Development Program, which provides me with even more educational opportunities.
